Can I opt for delivery?We provide free delivery for orders over $100. For other orders, a standard delivery fee of $8 applies, with islandwide coverage. We offer delivery services everyday within the following time slots: 11 AM - 1 PM 3 PM - 5 PM 9 PM - 11 PM You may opt for free self-collection at Woodlands, Woodlands South, Bukit Panjang, Cashew and Hillview MRT stations. Date and exact collection timing will be communicated. Please ensure to pick up your order on the scheduled date and time. If you wish to change your collection/delivery date or time, please contact us at least one day before the original date. We will gladly accommodate your request.

How do I care for my flowers?Set those flowers free from our beautiful wrapping papers - they need to breathe! Get a vase and clean it thoroughly. We don’t want any bacteria to wither your flowers! Fill your vase with clean, lukewarm water up to two-thirds full. You may choose to add flower food. Give your flower stems a little haircut by trimming 2 to 3 cm off the bottom at a 45° angle. Remove any leaves that are below the waterline. Now put your flowers in and let them BLOOM BLOOM POW for a longer period! Remember to change the water everyday. It’s like giving them a shower. You are now ready to care for your own flowers pet!

How late can I place my orders?You can place your orders up to 72 hours in advance.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept PayNow and PayLah! for your convenience.

Can I amend my delivery address, date and time?Yes, do inform us at least one day before the original delivery date.

I need flowers the next day but I would want to get it delivered the night before. Will the flowers still be fresh?Yes, our flowers will stay fresh for at least 2 days. If you have space in your refrigerator, place the bouquet in to prolong the lifespan!

Do you provide same day delivery?Currently we don’t! But we will definitely look into that in the near future.
